If you are ready to retire or sell a very small business, including an owner operator business, you should expect that your business will need at least some level of refresh before it sells. Not preparing for a future business sale often results in extra months if not years added onto the sales process.
We offer Strategic Planning Sessions where we will learn about your business and then offer you strategic and actionable recommendations that will help you justify a higher sales price when the time comes to sell your business. We won’t simply tell you to get your financials in order (but you need to make sure that’s done) or give you a list of things you can read for free. We will use our small business experience to develop a realistic list of recommendations YOUR BUSINESS can implement now that will pay off in the future. Cost for this service is $500. It includes two meetings and a deliverable document.
